The following services are available to Mountain Technical customers.
If you are a Globalstar USA customer but not currently a Mountain Technical customer (or not sure who your
Globalstar Dealer is), you can easily become part of the Mountain Technical
family by submitting the form below. There is no
charge for joining our customer base. If you are an Iridium customer and
would like to become part of the Mountain Technical family, please call for
necessary procedure information. I am confident that our superior customer service will turn you
into a loyal, long-term customer. It will be our pleasure to serve you!

Free Services:
- Technical Support - If you are having problems or need advice,
please feel free to contact us. We are here to assist you before, during
and after the sale!
- Sales Consultation - Looking for a conversation about your wants
and needs? That is what we do. Email or call for an honest
discussion of how our products and services might help you.
- Account Review - We will review all of our
customer accounts periodically to ensure the current plan matches the customer
usage. We encourage each of our customers to contact us if their
anticipated need changes, either for a short period or a longer duration. There is no
reason your service plan should remain static when your needs change.
For current Globalstar customers wanting to join our family, a review will
typically result in a substantial REDUCTION of your service plan
costs. Call us today for more information!
- Disaster Preparedness Database - Who will you
call when you have the only phone in town still working when a disaster has
crippled everybody else? We have taken numerous steps to ensure our
availability to you during times of disasters. We will provide numbers for emergency relief
organizations and local citizens with active Globalstar phones who have
opted-in to our Disaster Preparedness Database; however, to be able to access the
list, you have to be ON the list.
Paid Services:
- Training - Technology make you nervous? Would you feel better
after a training session with a human? Want to make sure your employees
or members are up to speed? We've got you covered there, too!
- Installation - The nuts and bolts of a fixed setup. The work
has to be done, and we have got the experts to do it!

of Record to Mountain Technical There is no charge for processing
this form and it gives you access to all of the services we have to offer.
Enroll for access to the Disaster
Preparedness Database Use this form to submit your
information and give us permission to share it. You will be automatically
enrolled for access to the database in case of a disaster.
